Conduit-Powered Application – Privacy Policy

This privacy policy governs your use of a software application ("Application") that was created using the Conduit platform (http://www.conduit.com/) by one of your favorite brands or web publishers ("Publisher") directly or indirectly, and explains how Conduit Ltd. and its affiliates (together, "Conduit", "we" or "us") treats your information, and protects your privacy, when you use the Application.

The Application is a download manager that allows you to install certain apps on your computer device.

The following are the privacy practices of Conduit and our policy for third parties to comply with when they provide you with Content that is included, directly or indirectly in the Application:

  1. Information Collection and Use

    it is not necessary for you to provide any Personally Identifiable Information to use the Application."Personally Identifiable Information" is information that identifies an individual including your login credentials to a third party website, name, postal address, and email address.

    When you access the Application, we use technologies similar to Cookies to automatically record unidentifiable and non-personal data (for example, Application usage data which does not include Personally Identifiable Information) that the Application sends to enable quality assurance, improve the quality of the services and provide anonymous reporting for internal and external customers. If you do not wish us to employ such technologies, please do not access the Application. "Cookies" are small pieces of information that a website places on your device’s browser white you are viewing a website.

    In the event Conduit goes through a business transition such as a merger, acquisition by another company, bankruptcy, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be among the assets transferred.

  2. Third Party Content

    the Publisher will offer you its software during the installation screens of the Application. The use of such software is subject to the Publisher’s privacy policies, and not to this privacy policy.

  3. Third Party Websites and Offers

    Accepting third party offers is not required in order to use the Application.
