Guidelines
The conduit community forum was created for the benefit of community toolbar
publishers, toolbar users, and anyone who wants to discuss anything that is
related to the Conduit platform. This is the place to ask questions, offer and
request feedback, make suggestions, comments and remarks.
The forum is a space for open discussion. There is no filtering of messages or
responses (unless such posts violate the rules in this list). We realize that
occasionally there will be constructive feedback or negative comments - even
about us , and welcome direct feedback from all publishers and forum members.
We'd like to make the forum experience as pleasant as possible to all and need
your help to keep it that way!
While using the forum we kindly ask you to abide by these rules:
- Language - The Conduit community consists of many publishers from
different countries, cultures and backgrounds. Some forum members may be more
tech- or marketing- savvy than others and some may have different opinions on
different issues.
- Conduit welcomes all forum members and asks them to be tolerant, friendly and
courteous towards each other. Please do not use offensive or obscene language
and refrain from intentional communications that are considered to be aggressive
in online communities (for example: excessive use of capital letters, colors or
icons).
- Spam - Please do not post any of the following: commercial or personal
advertisements or solicitations, posts that appear in multiple threads, posts or
links or materials that have little to do with the subject in discussion or with
the Conduit community or platform, etc.
- Before opening a new thread, please search to see if your question hasn't been
answered in a previous post!
- Illegal Activities - Please do not post any materials that may include or
refer to content that is illegal, offensive, or prohibited in the standard
policies that are shown during the registration to this forum.
- Private information - please do not share private information and respect
the privacy rights of others.
- Support from Conduit - we encourage you to post any question or comment
about the Conduit platform and we will do our best to respond to such posts as
quickly as possible. We see the forum as a strategic venue and we are making
best efforts to be more active and responsive on the forum.
- However, please understand that we may not be able to respond to all of the
posts and sometimes we may miss posts or require a few days to reply. We
recommend that for all support related issues you also contact our support team
