Conduit Active Rewards Program (also Conduit Rewards Program)
What is it?
The Conduit Active Rewards Program is a free program that rewards you, as one of the publishers in the Conduit Network of publishers, for the number of Daily Active Users of your Community Toolbar and/or Apps.
How does it work?
- Under the Program, we define a Toolbar Daily Active User as follows:
- Toolbar Daily Active User: an End User who installed your Toolbar, and this Toolbar is visible and interacts with the Conduit servers at least once during an applicable calendar day.
- Payment to you
- You will be eligible to receive payments according to the geographic location of your Daily Active Users, and the standard rates attributed to each geographic location. Each rate reflects 1,000 Daily Active Users, and therefore payment to you will be adjusted accordingly.
- Your daily payment will be equal to the sum total of the product of (x) the number of Daily Active Users from each country specified in the Three Tiers table, as identified by the Conduit Technology, during any applicable calendar day during the term of your Active Rewards Agreement with Conduit; multiplied by (y) the standard rate in USD set for each country as specified in the Three Tiers table, and divided by (z) 1,000.
- The standard rates specified in the Three Tiers table may be modified by Conduit from time to time, and the most current rates will always be available in your Publisher account.
- How can I improve the standard rates?
- You can earn more for Toolbar Daily Active Users by adding a Wibiya Bar* to your website and including the Toolbar Promotion button** on your Wibiya Bar. (If you already have a Wibiya Bar, then all you need to do is add the Toolbar Promotion button to your current Wibiya Bar.)
- The improved rates are a 25% boost to the standard rates, which are listed in the Three Tiers table
- Once you have added the Wibiya Bar to your website: On days that your website receives at least 100 page views, your payment for Toolbar Daily Active Users will be calculated using the improved rates. If your website receives fewer than100 daily page views, then the standard rates will be applied.
* Wibiya Bar: a web bar that you can add to the bottom of your website.
** Toolbar Promotion button: an icon that promotes the installation of your Community Toolbar to your website visitors.

Cashing out
You can cash out payments due to you under the Program by following the instructions in your Publisher account. There you will find out if you’re eligible to cash out all or part of your balance. Below you can see the basic requirements necessary for you to be able to cash out.
You are a member of the Rewards Program for at least 30 days.
- Your balance is more than US$50.
Once you are eligible to receive payments, you need to indicate that you would like to be paid by clicking the “Cash Out” button available in your Publisher account.
How do I sign up?
If you have an account with Conduit, then log in to your Conduit Publisher account and sign up for the Program in the Make Money tab by clicking on the “Join Now” button (or similar language provided by Conduit). (By clicking, you are agreeing to the Rewards Program Agreement). If you do not yet have an account, simply create your Community Toolbar first.
Modification to the program
Conduit reserves the right to modify and/or change this Program at any time and without prior notice. If Conduit modifies this Program, it will post the modification on its website or provide you with notice of the modification. Conduit will also update the “Last Updated Date” at the bottom of this page. By continuing to participate in the Rewards Program or to access your Publisher Account after Conduit has posted a modification on its website or has provided you with notice of a modification, you agree to be bound by the modified Program. If the modified Program is not acceptable to you, your only recourse is to cease participating in the Rewards Program by terminating the Rewards Program Agreement.
