Conduit's Rewards Program is an innovative way for publishers to earn daily rewards with their toolbar.
You already know it's the ultimate free online marketing solution, enabling you to:

2. How does the Conduit Rewards Program work?
|
You earn revenues according to your toolbar's performance. Rewards are calculated according to daily download and usage rates.
Once you have signed up for the Rewards Program, you will be able to monitor your daily revenues via a special report accessible from the Rewards tab in your Control Panel.
All accounts start with a $100 bonus and you can cash out as soon as your total reaches $250. If you wish to cash out sooner, you can opt to do so (without the bonus) once your account total reaches $150.
Your rewards will be transferred to the Paypal account of your choice.

3. What's the catch?
|
It's natural to ask; after all, first we gave you a free community toolbar, and now we want to pay you for its performance... That's right! There is absolutely no catch. It's simply a win-win-win: Your toolbar users get their favorite content delivered straight to their browser; you get an effective online marketing tool and an additional source of income; and we benefit from improved performance of Conduit powered community toolbars.

4. How do I join?
|
Already have a Conduit community toolbar? Login to your Control Panel, go to the Rewards tab and sign in to the program.
Don't have a toolbar yet? Create your free community toolbar, then go to the Rewards tab in your toolbar's Control Panel and sign in to the program.

5. How do I get paid?
|
|
To reduce transaction costs, we chose Paypal (www.paypal.com) as our online payment provider. Paypal is a global leader in online payment solutions, with 100 million account members worldwide. As soon as you decide to cash-out your rewards, you will be prompted to provide your valid Paypal account information and we will transfer your payment accordingly.
In exceptional cases we may support additional payment methods (such as a pre-paid Payoneer Debit Card) that may involve additional commissions and fees on your end.
Conduit transfers Rewards payments twice a month, so it may take us up to 14 business days to deliver a payment after you send your cash-out application.

6. How can I increase my Rewards?
|
Since your daily rewards are based on your toolbar's performance (downloads and usage), you can increase your revenues by boosting downloads and improving toolbar stickiness.
How do I do that?
WARNING: Any abuse of the program by encouraging specific usage of your toolbar in order to increase your rewards is considered a fraud and will result in your expulsion from the program and exposure to legal repercussions. |

7. How can I promote my toolbar?
|
Promoting your toolbar both on and offline will get you more downloads, improve your overall toolbar performance, and increase your daily rewards:
- Insert a banner ad with link (available from the Banners tab in your Control Panel) to a prominent and permanent location on your homepage:
- Use a "Download Our Toolbar" banner in the upper fold of your homepage.
- Place an "Add to IE/Firefox" Mini-Banner near all key functions of your site to remind users that these functions are available via the toolbar.
- Insert a "Toolbar" link into your site's main navigation bar.
- Add a link to your toolbar's download page to your email signature.
- Promote your toolbar in your newsletters, issue a press release announcing your toolbar, and talk it up in all your offline promotions (brochures, ads, merchandise).

8. How can I improve my toolbar?
|
There are lots of ways! Here are a few ideas:
- Consider the needs and wants of your community members and upgrade your toolbar with the most relevant content and components.
- Add personalized components to your toolbar (exclusive promotions, gadgets, site login, site search, and more...)
- Add sticky components (radio, email notifier, weather forecaster) that will increase user retention.

9. Do you offer premium Rewards Program memberships?
|
Toolbars with outstanding and long-term rates of performance may be eligible for a Premium Rewards Program membership, with higher returns.

10. How else can I monetize my toolbar?
|
Aside from the Rewards Program, there are a few other ways in which your community toolbar can help you earn extra revenues:

13. Will users who turn off toolbar stats be counted in my Rewards?
|
As part of our strict commitment to the privacy and safety of our toolbar publishers and users, we allow toolbar users to opt out from sending their usage information from their toolbar.
Most users find our platform safe and secure and do not opt out. Since this is only optional and considered an extra privacy measure, the impact of the opt out on Rewards revenues is negligible.

14. Can my Rewards Program account include more than one toolbar?
|
The Rewards Program was designed to serve individual toolbar publishers. Conduit maintains other partnership programs that may be more suitable for Strategic Accounts and Resellers.
We allow our publishers to manage more than one Rewards Program account, each pertaining separately to one toolbar. Due to issues of accounting, fraud, and engineering, Rewards Program accounts cannot be merged or accumulated.

15. I have more than one toolbar in the Rewards program, can I use the same account to receive payments for all of my toolbars?
|
|
Yes. Just provide us with the same Paypal account you used for your other toolbars or click the registration link to Payoneer’s site and login to your current account.
|
|
16. Why do daily earnings fluctuate, while download and usage rates remain the same?
|
|
Your daily revenues are calculated in real time, in accordance with your toolbar’s performance. Please note that similar usage rates can result in variant reward sums, since different actions on the toolbar are monetized at different rates.
|
|
17. What does it mean if my daily rewards show 0?
|
|
Daily revenue is calculated in real time, in accordance with your toolbar’s performance. If your daily rewards total zero, it means that the combined factors of your toolbar's performance did not achieve minimum results on that particular day.
|
|
18. Are there any limitations I should know about?
|
|
Publishers are eligible to sign-up for the Rewards Program only after they have read and agreed to the Rewards Program Agreement. Among other limitations, the Agreement prohibits Publishers from exploiting the Rewards Program and encouraging their toolbar end-users to perform fraudulent usage in order to increase the rewards.

19. Can I deactivate my account?
|
|
Yes. If you would like to deactivate your Rewards Program account please contact our support and we will deactivate your rewards account. This will not affect your regular toolbar account and you can continue to use and distribute your toolbar as usual.
