The toolbar provides MLBAM with the unique ability to dynamically market to its entire user-base, either to the league as a whole, via the MLB.com toolbar, or on a segmented basis, via the team toolbars. The core component set for MLB.com's toolbar was built as a revenue generating medium, incorporating direct links to shop, ticketing, auction and subscriptions, enabling MLB.com fans to engage with MLB.com’s content and e-commerce at all times.
