Conduit Expands Executive Team with Industry VeteransJanuary 31, 2008

Following a successful series B round of funding from Benchmark Capital, Conduit, a leading provider of website syndication solutions for web publishers, today announced the addition of two established business leaders to the company’s executive team. Joel York has been appointed as Conduit’s vice president of marketing and David Feuerstein has joined the company as vice president of business development. In his role, York will have responsibility for executing the company’s innovative marketing and monetization strategies while Feuerstein will solidify new business partnerships with major publishers around the globe.

“One of our goals for 2008 is to expand our reach to more publishers and partners worldwide,” said Ronen Shilo, CEO of Conduit. “I am extremely pleased to welcome Joel and David to the Conduit team; they are both highly respected, experienced software veterans and will each play an instrumental role in realizing the company’s vision of creating a new platform for website syndication.”

York has more than 15 years of experience leading marketing organizations for software, Web, and on-demand software companies, including category leaders such as Navis and SPSS, as well as successful startups like Passlogix. He has generating hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue through creative marketing campaigns and built global marketing operations spanning more than 50 countries, including local offices in the United States, UK, Germany, and India.

“Conduit is at an exciting stage in its evolution – what began as the simple, high-value idea to enable every web publisher to create a community toolbar, has evolved into a powerful solution for total website syndication and real-time communication between publishers and their subscribers,” said York.

Feuerstein has over 15 years experience working with young companies, industry leaders and government institutions and brings proven entrepreneurial, business development, corporate strategy, and sales leadership to the Conduit team. He has personally founded several companies, including being part of the group of core founders at Deltathree, a leading IP Telephony Company, where he led all business development efforts from the company’s inception through its successful IPO.

“I am thrilled to be on board at Conduit. We’ve got all the right ingredients for enormous success: unique technology, a compelling value proposition, solid management talent, and support from a top tier VC firm like Benchmark,” stated Feuerstein. “With virtually every meeting I have, I see incredible, new opportunities for both Conduit and our publisher partners.”
