H Raanani,

I first received the error below when I tried to download the file I need to upload to iTune from Conduit:

“upstream write/read error
Host: storage.conduit.com
Url:/Mobile/81/62/818a1af7-7762-4c71-a716-d4e013990960/Build/Phone/1.4.15.8046/22012-02-16_11-02-07-AM/app.zip”

Afterward I was able to download the “app.zip” file, however, the “Application Loader” does not recognize the file when I tried to upload it.

I clicked on “Create New Package” from inside the “Application Loader”.

I then click on “New from file” to start the upload process with no success as I stated above.

Please advise.

Thank you!
Steve

Hi Raanan, my “Learn English” app is now in “Build in process” status. Please check it for me.

I also request your assistance with my “Learn Magic Tricks” app. I am getting “Push notification certificate is invalid” error. I tried redoing this process numerous times with the same result. Please advise.

Thank you for your assistance!

Hi Steve,

Your build log shows the following error-
ERROR MISSING MANDATORY PARAM: iPhone:AppMobileProvisioning

Please make sure you are uploading the correct file in step 4.

And of course, before uploading again, please follow again the below steps-

Please revoke your current certificate with Apple developer account, afterwards, change in the 'Edit marketing info' page the web app URL, go to actions  start over go to page 3 and change the bundle identifier (by clicking Edit and then update) go back to step two and build the app through steps 2-4. After that send me an email and I will make sure all is in place. Note- in step 3, when rebuilding, check the checkbox for ''Enable for Apple Push Notification Service''.

Raanan

Hi,

I've enabled your account to resubmit to apple, please follow the below steps before you resubmit.

Please follow very carefully the wizard's 4 steps and you will be fine.

Let me know how it goes.

Thanks,
Raanan

The name of my App is "Learn English". My username is "mobilereachme". Can you tell what I did wrong or why the process failed on my MacBook Pro I just purchased? Can you send me instructions? Am I going to have to go through this when I try to build my other apps? Please assist. Thanks!

Also, I sent a request for assistance on my "Fix Your Computer" a month ago with no response. All the work I did on this app disappeared after hitting the save button. Can it be recovered?
