Zack Rinat, Chairman

Zack Rinat is the Founder and CEO of Model N, leader of revenue management solutions.
He is an expert in creating successful startup operations and new markets for advanced technology. Prior to founding Model N, he co-founded NetDynamics in 1995, a leading enterprise software company widely acknowledged as the creator of the exploding market for application servers and winner of several industry awards. At NetDynamics, Zack served as president and CEO until its acquisition by Sun Microsystems in 1998, and subsequently served as vice president and general manager of Sun's NetDynamics business unit. Previously, he held senior management positions in operations, marketing, and engineering at Silicon Graphics, Inc. and at Advanced Technology Israel. Zack received a BS in Computer Science from the Technion (Israel Institute of Technology) and an MBA from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration.



Michael Eisenberg, Director

Michael Eisenberg joined Benchmark Capital as a general partner in July 2005 from Israel Seed Partners where he was a general partner since July 1997. Eisenberg began his career at Jerusalem Global where he started and led the firm’s successful investment banking group and partnership with Montgomery Securities. Michael has focused on Internet investments since 1995 and has invested in and sat on the board of Israel’s leading companies and start ups, such as Shopping.com (Nasdaq SHOP, acquired by EBAY), Answers.com (Nasdaq ANSW), Finjan, Tradeum (acquired: VERT), and Picturevison (acquired: EK). Michael writes a blog on Internet trends, Israeli politics and children’s issues at www.sixkidsandafulltimejob.blogspot.com. Michael also serves on the board Yeshivat Har Etzion, Israel’s largest yeshiva combining traditional Talmudic study with military service. In January 2005, Eisenberg co-founded www.scoop.co.il, Israel’s first and only citizen journalism project.

Michael lectures frequently on the topics of Venture Capital and Entrepreneurship at Hebrew University in Jerusalem. He holds a BA in Political Science from Yeshiva University in New York. Michael lives in Jerusalem, Israel with his wife and seven children.



Boaz Goldschmidt, Director

Boaz is a General Partner and co-founder of Yozma, one of Israel’s prominent venture capital funds, and played a key role in the formation of the Israeli venture capital industry via its fund of fund activity.

With some $200M under management, Boaz is in charge of early stage investments in Communication, Software and Medical technology companies.

Boaz has led many of Yozma's investments in Communications and Software companies, including E-sim (NASDAQ: ESIM), CommTouch (NASDAQ: CTCH), and Telegate (acquired by Terayon Communications, NASDAQ: TERN). He currently sits on the board of directors of several entrepreneurial technology companies. Prior to Yozma, Boaz evaluated hi-tech investments as head of the Royalties Department at the Chief Scientist Office (CSO) in Israel.

Boaz holds a BA degree in Economics and an MBA degree from the Hebrew University, Israel.



Ronen Shilo, Founder and CEO

Ronen Shilo is an inventor at heart, from sophisticated software applications to cool musical puzzles, and introducing groundbreaking Internet applications is his passion. Before founding Conduit, Ronen started Effective-I, a learning system that categorized, organized and delivered information to shorten search cycles within an enterprise. Ronen also founded DoubleAgent, the first company to develop a collaboration technology that enabled application sharing over the Internet. DoubleAgent was later acquired by NetManage, and he managed this division for three years following the acquisition. Ronen received a BSc in Computer Science from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology.



Dror Erez, Founder and CTO

Dror Erez is responsible for creating and implementing the Conduit product vision, including all product and technology strategy. A veteran of multiple technology startups, Dror has deep experience and knowledge of Internet, software-as-a-service (SaaS) and web syndication technologies. Before founding Conduit, Dror was cofounder and development manager of Effective-I, a learning system that categorized, organized and delivered information to shorten search cycles within an enterprise. Prior to this, he was development manager at DoubleAgent, where he led the engineering team that designed and developed the DoubleAgent application for sharing applications over the Internet. He also held leading technical positions in the Israeli Navy software division where he managed two projects that won awards from the Israel Navy Commander. Dror received his BSc in Physics and Computer Science from Israel's Bar Ilan University.
